Development

Evidence determines status.

VexlorGrid separates design intent from implementation and direct runtime proof.

Status vocabulary

Planned
Intended but not implemented.
Built
Implemented in source or an artifact.
Verified
Direct evidence has passed the defined verification gate.
Live
Observed operating in its intended environment.
Production-ready
Verified plus required operational, privacy, security, recovery, scaling and release gates.

Release rule

A concept, mock-up, branch, local build or successful unit test is not represented as Live. Failed infrastructure admission is separated from product failure. Dependent work should not be promoted over an unverified baseline.

Responsible development

High-risk or legally sensitive features receive narrower boundaries. Privacy-impact, safety, security and jurisdiction requirements are assessed before a feature is represented as ready for broad use.

Public transparency

This website intentionally describes architecture and commitments without converting internal ambition into unsupported product claims.
