Law-enforcement requests
No voluntary disclosure. No standing access. No backdoor.
VexlorGrid's policy is to resist disclosure to the maximum extent lawfully available and disclose only the minimum that an unavoidable binding legal obligation requires.
Policy baseline: 19 September 2026
Voluntary requests
Informal requests, requests for assistance, assertions of urgency, preservation requests or requests based only on law-enforcement status do not by themselves authorise VexlorGrid to disclose user information.
Compulsory legal process
Before any VexlorGrid disclosure can be considered, the requesting authority, jurisdiction and legal compulsion must be validated. Available legal challenge or narrowing must be considered. The scope must be reduced to the minimum legally required and handled by a human decision owner.
No standing access
VexlorGrid does not provide law-enforcement agencies with a standing interface into user data, bulk prospective access, routine account visibility or a special surveillance channel.
No backdoor
VexlorGrid does not voluntarily create a backdoor or provide encryption keys for general access. We will not represent an impossible promise to violate an unavoidable binding law; any such demand is assessed and resisted or narrowed where lawfully available.
User notice
We aim to notify the affected user about compulsory process as soon as legally permitted, subject to valid legal restrictions and safety of the notice process.
Data minimisation and receipts
We do not create new data for a request merely because an authority asks for it. Any unavoidable disclosure should be limited to data actually held and legally required, with an internal immutable receipt of the decision and scope.
Provider requests
Infrastructure and AI providers may receive legal process independently of VexlorGrid. A provider's independent disclosure must not be represented as a voluntary VexlorGrid disclosure.
Requests
Legal process directed to VexlorGrid should be sent to accounts@vexlorgrid.com. Sending a request does not waive validation, jurisdiction or challenge requirements.
