Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 September 2026
1. Provider
VexlorGrid is operated by Dale Blackborough, ABN 35 396 200 391, in South Australia, Australia.
2. Scope
These terms apply to VexlorGrid-operated websites, software and services that link to them. A specific paid service may have additional written scope, price and delivery terms. If a specific signed or accepted service agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement controls to the extent of that conflict unless law requires otherwise.
3. AI outputs and authority
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular situation. Unless a specific product expressly states otherwise, VexlorGrid is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or emergency advice. Users remain responsible for decisions they are legally required to make themselves.
4. Accounts and permissions
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and only connect systems or data they are authorised to use. Permission to view information does not automatically grant permission to modify, disclose or act on it.
5. Acceptable use
Use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict functionality where necessary to protect users, systems, legal obligations or service integrity.
6. Third-party services
Some features may depend on third-party providers. Their availability, terms and technical behaviour may change independently. VexlorGrid does not own or control those third-party services merely because it integrates with them.
7. Fees
Any fee, billing interval, renewal rule and material condition will be disclosed before purchase. A paid service is not created by this website unless a purchase or separate agreement actually occurs.
8. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Intellectual property
VexlorGrid software, branding, documentation and system materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Users retain ownership of content they own. A user grants VexlorGrid only the rights reasonably necessary to process that content to provide the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy and feature-specific permissions.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material breach. Termination does not erase legal, accounting, security or immutable evidence obligations that must survive.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited in a manner appropriate to the service and circumstances. Nothing in this clause limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Specific paid agreements may state additional lawful limits.
12. Changes
Material changes will be published with an effective date. We do not use a terms update as a substitute for consent where law or the nature of a new data use requires separate consent.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in South Australia, Australia, subject to any non-excludable law that applies to the user.
